"When I got to my room, the TV was on but there was no remote anywhere. I looked all over and couldn’t find it. The TV was too bright to sleep with So Around 10:30 p.m, I had to call the front desk. "It was good. Room was clean and quiet.
Bit of a problem checking out.
No one was around when I left early in the morning and there was nowhere to leave the key. I left a message that I would be back later to check out and was charged for not leaving the key. A bit of confusion there, but I have checked my visa statement and that charge has been returned."
