"The breakfast menu was fresh, with a good variety. I appreciated the ground to brew coffee machine.
The hotel is nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable."
"This was our first time staying at the Great Wolf Lodge. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of extra blankets, towels and pillows. The Waterpark was full. alot of kids the weekend we stayed due to Tournaments going on. So we didnt get a chance to go into the water park due to it being full with kids. All good though it happens. We were charged for parking which I had no idea. They have a huge parking lot not sure why that was an additional charge. It's right on their property. Wish check in was sooner then 4pm it takes up half your day by the time you check in your day is almost over especially if you are staying for only one night. Hard to squeeze everything in. Other than those two issues it is still a good place to go with kids."
"The motel is great for an overnight stay if you are happy with minimal accommodations. (No breakfast/no blow dryer/ no extra furniture in room etc.)Super reasonable prices, and the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and they provide excellent customer service. They do allow pets, and residual pet odors were evident in our room. We advised the staff upon our departure and they expressed interest in addressing the issue."
"The hotel is beautiful! The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room wasn't ready because I needed a roll in shower. They offered another type of roo., but we said that we would come back. When we came back, the lady asked my last name and she immediately knew who I was. Then the desk manager saw me and said she was glad I was back. Later when I had to get snacks and drinks in the shop by the registration desk, the guy offered to help get my drinks from the cooler and bag everything up for me. The original lady that was trying to check us in earlier, she saw me and asked how my friend was doing in the hospital. I couldn't believe she would remember me telling her, 7 hours ago, that my family traveled up there to see our friend who was in the hospital!
The room was large, clean, bathroom was large and clean. The mattress was soft and the covers were, too. Nice stay. You have to pay $10 for parking and breakfast is not included. They have a buffet at an additional cost. We didn't have that."
