The staff were incredibly nice and accomodating. The suites felt newly renovated and almost every necessary amenity can be found in hotel.

The self check-in process was somewhat slow, and the interface was not very intuitive for older guests. A more streamlined and user-friendly check-in procedure would greatly improve the experience. That said, the overall environment is pleasant and offers good value for the price.

４日間の滞在でお世話になりました。部屋は掃除が行き届いており、清潔感がありました。コインランドリーも充実していて毎日夜は空いてるし氷ももらえるし値段の割に部屋も広く感じ、４日間の滞在がストレスなく過ごせました。唯一気になったのは、カードキーが１つな事。相方が夜コンビニ行くとか車に行くとかの時に、寝ないように帰りを気にしないといけないのが大変でした。それ以外は駐車場もコンビニも真下だし、周りは静か、とても良いです‼︎

一開始要先上網路上輸入基本資料，拿拿到QR code ，收信有個入門的密碼.. 進去後，又要輸入資料連線視訊客服，說卡拿起來放在一個地方，登入房號才能進去，很麻煩

コンビニはホテルの下にあるし、部屋は清潔だし、繁華街やバス停が遠いところ以外はとても良いと思います。タクシーも千円以内なので歩くよりいいかもしれませんね！

連泊だったので、清掃の方にタオルを数枚お願いしたところ、快くいただき助かった。コンビニが階下にあり、便利だった。部屋が広くまた清潔で使いやすかった。

シャワーから出るお湯がヌルヌルしていたのは何故だろう。スタッフさんお勧めの居酒屋は閉店していたのか、2日ともやっていなかった。スタッフさんは毎日入れ替わってだけど、素朴でいい感じ。コーヒーは無し。メモ用紙とペンも無かった

以前プライベートで利用し、満足したので、今回は仕事の出張でもリピートしました。目的地からの距離が自分にはマッチしていましたので、立地面も問題なしです。ただ、那覇や空港周辺に目的地がある方は、車での移動の際、交通量の多い時間の行動の場合はそのあたりの考慮が必要かと思います。

チェックインの時間に遅れてしまったのですが、電話すると待って頂き助かりました。近くの食事処に営業時間を問い合わせてくれたり、対応が良かったです。部屋やお風呂も清潔でした。

とても清潔で部屋が広く過ごしやすかった。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。繁華街からは少し離れていますが、タクシーで料金を気にせず行ける距離でした。また、泊まりたいです。

気遣いが嬉しくお部屋も清潔

フロントを通る度に声を掛けてくださる気遣いがとても暖かく感じられました。お部屋も綺麗でしたしコンビニも近くに2軒あり、車が無い私にも快適に過ごせました。外食は坂が多いので車で来られる方なら問題無いのではと思います。
