While the room, balcony view, and staff were gorgeous and accommodating, the overall experience fell slightly short of my expectations for a resort of this size. We visited specifically for the Christmas lighting, which was advertised as exceptional. Although the lights were certainly pretty, I was expecting a more extensive display. This may be a resort better suited for a summer visit, where the beach and pool amenities or perhaps a golf outing, would truly shine.

Overall great trip, lots of bugs everywhere in the name of being eco-friendly. Not much in the way on lunch for a resort that's 30 minutes from the nearest restaurant.

When we arrived the room that was designated to us smelled like mold and felt humid. They accommodated us and upgraded our room which was great. The room itself was clean overall, however there was noticeable mold on the toilet seat areas and when the air conditioner was turned on the room as smelled humid. The location was so far from the airport that uber services were not available and was only available through the hotel service. The food quality was mediocre and the restaurants on site were expensive. In addition to that, my sister experienced food poisoning after eating at the Chinese restaurant. While seated during our dining time the waiters and waitresses just stared at us and it was so uncomfortable. Adding to that, everywhere we went they stared at us and made us feel almost un-welcomed. They don’t have room service on Thursdays and they close all of their pools or activities extremely early. The language barrier is huge! Even using a translation app didn’t help.

It was good however we should know some local rule, such as reserving a cart, reserving restaurant in advance otherwise you have to walk in the big area, you have to make a long line for the dinner

The rooms were beautiful and we all enjoyed the Stardust Fantasia lights. Dinner at the Okinawan restaurant and the buffet breakfast were delicious. Getting around was easy by trolley or walking.

Great stay. Room was clean. You can request a "no room cleaning" day. They still give you new towels by hanging them on your door, and they will take any trash bags you place outside your door.

Had a stove in the room, didn't work. Resort wanted us to use the microwave in the lobby. Not near our room. Overall, the stay was fantastic and staff is amazing

Terrible experience

I never stay in a big hotel that only 1 staff can speak little english Room for us is very dirty, have spider web We finally need to move to another room type Hotel room is very old Staff explain all wrong details as bad English so that we miss breakfast on next day Hotel is big i ideally think that golf car is for guest convenience, however, still need to pay I never stay at Japanese hotel parking need to pay, they need to pay also Pay is not a problem but bad services Do think they cannot have 4 to 5 star rating as their service really cannot get to those standard, if just can accept golf Japanese guest, need to promote, do not think can make tourist happy at this hotel stay

施設は年式を感じるが清潔。花も生花を使用して南国リゾートを感じる。 閑散期利用もあり、あまり利用客は多く無かったが客層は？？って感じ。場所は名護から20分は車でかかる。スーパー利用なら名護までいく必要あり。 しがし、リゾートならではの気分は味わえる。あと、星を見たいのあれば夜中か明け方しか難しい。 カヌチャが明る過ぎて星が見えない。

忙しすぎてサービスが間に合っていない印象。 カートがないととても不便でそれも知らなかった。何ヵ月も前に宿泊予約していたのに。知ってれば借りれた。 唯一良かったのは和食屋さんの朝ごはんのお米が釜炊きでめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。

今回は弟家族と７人で宿泊、スタッフは細かい要求にも対応して頂きたすかりました。 少し残念なのは朝食のビュッフェの白米が臭いが少しおかしかったのが残念。朝ご飯は和食をずっとたべました。

最高の旅だけど色んなことが高価

大変楽しい宿泊になった☆ なんせ敷地が広いためにトローリーバスやカートでの移動は楽しい☆ご飯もとても美味しかったし、スタッフも本当に丁寧で親切でした☆星が4/5の理由は、とりあえずなんでも高い！アミューズメントラウンジは人が誰もいなかった。 あとプールの営業時間を長くしてほしい、もしくは夏はナイトプールかプールサイドバーなど。 Great experience ever had. This hotel is like small town! Use cart or trolly bus to enjoy all facilities and services. It is kinda expensive for everything though.
