"Completely ridiculous. This four-star hotel is very well located, extremely clean, and has all the features you would expect from a four-star property. The hotel itself is great, and I have no complaints about the room or the facilities. The only problem is the 35,000 KRW per person fee to use the pool, plus an additional 15,000 KRW for one umbrella and two chairs. What makes this even more ridiculous is that these fees apply even to hotel guests. You would expect the pool to be included for guests staying at a four-star hotel, or at least offered at a reasonable rate. Charging hotel residents these kinds of fees for access to the pool is, in my opinion, completely unreasonable."

"Dana Haru Guesthouse WOW! Words can’t express how magnificent this place and its location are. I’m a semi-retired traveler exploring South Korea for 26 days on a budget, and if I had known about Jeonju Hanok Village sooner, I would have stayed four nights instead of two. The location is fabulous, and the guesthouse is perfectly organized with excellent communication. The area feels very safe—which may sound obvious, but coming from the United States, it’s something we truly appreciate. The room is spacious and spotless, with a super-comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower are equally clean and modern. I loved the thoughtful hallway décor with flowers—it has a minimalist yet detailed charm that I absolutely adore. The kitchen has all the essentials and is kept very clean. I actually felt nostalgic when leaving—there are so many wonderful cafés nearby, each with its own character. I truly plan to return within a year. Jeonju has become one of my favorite spots in all of Korea. 🌸"
