"Warning avoid this hotel at all cost.
1. No signage for registration desk. You had to ask for its location and staff were rude.
2. Elevators were broken upon arrival. We were forced to use a service elevator. Sent down a dirty hallway with garbage piled up. An older man coming out of elevator was screaming he didn’t feel safe here.
3. Overcharged for drinks at the bar. 2 drinks were double the amount.
4. There no manager on site, no one to go to for answers. Everyone seems new and nobody had...

"Clean modern studio apartment in a great location in the city. I appreciated the bedroom/bathroom having its own door from the living room/kitchen. Parking was difficult until I realized the SoSuite portal has a Parking button that takes you to Spot Hero's website where you can find a spot to book close to the property, that was great.
The biggest issue with the specific unit we were put in (1 bedroom apartment) is that it happened to be the only room in the entire building with its own...

"The location was very central. The room was large, comfortable, clean and stylish. The hotel had a nice lobby. Elevators were fast. Check in and check out staff could not have been ruder. Didn’t greet you when you checked in or out, let alone say thank you for staying with us. Any question I asked was most rudely answered as if I were both stupid and also bothering them extremely. They treated my husband the same way, very rudely, until they discovered he was a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member and...
