"Ok hotel for convenience but staff need improving. Had to argue for a room service meal from the full Menu as the kitchen had “closed” 15 mins before the stated time. Waited 20 mins for an omelette which lacked some of the ingredients requested. Stupid queuing at the bar instead of using all of it ..."

"I stayed at the hotel to catch an early flight the next day. Check-in wasn’t smooth because I had to revalidate my card a few times, which meant I went up and down floors a few times. Food wasn’t great. A newish building but couldn’t do with better cleaning."
