"One of the co-owners helped me carry my suitcase upstairs. The entire ambiance felt like I was staying in a new friend's home for the Christmas holiday. And the room was already warm when I entered it. They ancticipated every need!
The bed was quite comfy. And the bedding was TOP NOTCH.
One suggestion: An ambient night light or sensor would help guide sleepy people to the toilet without needing to turn a light on. "

"Stayed one night. Upon arrival Preston at the front desk was very polite, informative, and accommodating when we asked if there was a ground floor room available. He seemed to genuinely care that we were informed and happy with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some improvement construction going on but only on off hours and it did not affect our stay. The improvements should be nice when completed. 24 hour coffee and breakfast in the morning was good. Would definitely stay...
