"After check in we didn’t see a staff member at all, including housekeeping during our two day stay. There are plenty of shops, dining and entertainment options for guests and the rooms are upscale and well appointed. Bathroom was nice. Beautiful view. Very comfortable and nicely laid out."

"Guy at front desk was listening to an audio book and it took us quite awhile to get his attention to check in. But once we did he was very nice and apologetic. Everything else was great."

I saw complaints on this prior to our stay. We actually really liked the options and convenience. It was just enough to satisfy us in the privacy of our room and we didn’t have to get up, get dressed and get downstairs at a certain time. I actually wish more hotels would offer this."
