"It was interesting staying on an old historic paddlewheel boat. The bed wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. The rooms did not have temperature controls, so it was very cold all night. And there was only 1 thin blanket. Other than that, it was all right."

"The rooms are perfectly designed. Full sized refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, roll around desk, sliding black out blinds, bathroom night lights and quiet air conditioners. I travel a lot and find the rooms and set up perfect for my needs. Staff was casual and professional. I did not have the breakfast as my departure was before they open. Great small hotel in an older part of town. Definitely stay there again when visiting Sacramento. Perfect rooms."

"The property and rooms are not well cared for… bathrooms disgusting with hair and dust everywhere, curtains falling from the windows… they also charge $8 per car for parking which is ridiculous given how much we paid for a private room ($150 a night). For this price, it’s better to just get a hotel."

"The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. "
