"The propery is not walking distance from the centre. Its quite a bit of walk. Not very convenient especially in summer. Lady at the reception was polite. Ac in the room could hardly cool the room. Appreciate that the summer in europe this year was extreme, but I have stayed in the hotel, in places like India which is hotter than Italy and never felt so hot. Lady at breakfast hall was a bit rude. My daughter thought it was okay to take half finish water bottle with her in a room. she...

That made it ideal for our days out to Lake Garda and Venice. Also lots of restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The hotel was very clean and the room service was great. Would highly recommend if visiting Verona."

"Hotel and staff were impeccable. Perfect location to stay if you are in Verona to see the Opera in the Arena. I enjoyed the pre-Opera buffet in the American Bar- it was a light meal of appetizers including cheeses, fruit kabobs, sandwiches, crudités and small desserts including a choice of drink. Having the choice to relax with this dinner as a solo traveler saved me from trudging around town or worrying with a reservation that would allow me to make it to the opera with plenty of time to spare...

"Hotelli sijainti on erinomainen vanhan kaupungin sydämessä, mutta muutaman korttelin päässä Piazza delle Erbeltä, joten alue on myös rauhallinen. Huoneemme (Deluxe / Grande) oli tilava ja siellä oli tarpeeksi säilytystilaa. Samoin kylpyhuoneessa. Tervetuliaisena odotti pullo viiniä sekä yhtenä iltana suklaata. Henkilökunta oli todella avulias ja ystävällinen. Ainoana miinuksena oli internetin välillinen tippuminen, mutta lomamatkalainenkin se ei meitä haitannut."
