"We reserve rooms long time ago for few days during exhibition time in Hannover.
The city during this time is full and hotel prices are very high.
We came late to the hotel.
In the lobby we heard that the hotel cancel our reservation without noticing us of the cancelation.
I will never come back to this hotel.
They do not understand the meaning or reservation rooms in advance.
Be careful with this hotel !"
