"For those who are not familiar or just see the main page 'staff available from 9 AM to 9 PM', make sure you know that there are no staff available at any time on weekends. Then you get an email in German at 3 PM on the day of check in, with instructions to enter lots and lots of information (much fun if you're standing on the street in front of the building). There is an intercom with a remote staff that eventually stopped answering. And room faces a busy street with loud traffic and pedestrian noise from the restaurants and bars."
