"Clean rooms, a comfy bed, and a nice bathroom and mini-fridge. A huge breakfast spread that is constantly refilled until closing was a big plus. The drive to pull in isn't marked very clear and the neighborhood doesn't seem like the safest, but it had easy access to Kauffman and Arrowhead."

"I must say I was pleasantly surprised by this little gem. Reasonable rates, very quiet, good location, clean, good beds and bedding, towels were good. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A couple of to-do's for the staff- our shower door didn't fit right and leaked water outside on the floor and there needs to be a brighter light around the bathroom mirror."

"Didn’t entirely feel clean, and felt that room had been smoked in frequently. Desk had dust covering glass. Woke up several times over the night with sinus drainage that cleared up after I left the property. It was a perfect location for me, and was relatively inexpensive. I did feel safe."

"The property was clean and sprayed well maintained. Bed linens were cozy. Be sure to check the breakfast times. I forgot to and missed out on breakfast. Convenient location. Accessible to many locations in the city. Parking lot difficult to see when coming from downtown area."

"This is the worst hotel we’ve ever been to. No toilet paper in the room, no hair dryer, no remote control for the TV. We asked several times and didn’t get any. The place smells horrible. The carpets are so gross. Breakfast was basically non existent. The front desk agents were very unprofessional, smoking outside and just overall unpleasant. You could say you get what you pay for but we stayed here for a World Cup game and paid a lot more than this place is worth. Knowing the hotel would be...

"The front desk worker was less than helpful. I called to ask for an additional blanket and he flat out said “i can’t give you one because im the only one working and don’t want to go get it for you, wait until tomorrow morning” I then asked if I could go get it myself and he said “I told you no, wait until tomorrow” and hung up the phone."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It was clean. I loved the bathroom, it was so big! The shower and sink were cool and modern which also were very nice and clean.I did not like the weird two sided small trashcan that stilll had trash in it in the room. I would still stay here again though. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Room clean, quiet, good bed. Only complaint : Air conditioning either blowing freezing air on bed, or when cycles off, the room gets too hot quickly. Great breakfasts! Convenient location."
