"Very comfortable, extremely clean. William was friendly and helpful."

"Thank you."

"Room was dirty, staff did there best to accommodate. The air filter in a.c. was so dirty room was hot due to that.microwave filthy, fridge, floors, if you want clean this would not be a good location for you. Did enjoy seeing boats in harbor. For the price I paid, 134.00 a dump."

"The tv didn’t work and there was no hot water in the room , in the shower or the sink."

"This place is a ghost house. As soon as we went to check into our room, there were other rooms boarded up, like as if somebody had died inside the rooms. From the parking lot, the structure of the building looked like it was under construction and old and . The air conditioning/ heating system in our room had fireballs coming out of it, and the room was smoky and smelt like fire. Also, the back door, which is also an entrance and an exit, was ajar and unable to close because it was old and...

"Great water pressure. Toilet tissue holder was broken. Toilet tank rand off and on continuously. Lots of loitering and loud voiced in parking lot, with people going in and out of rooms, all night long."

"This hotel is quite sketchy. We were woken up at 4 am to a woman screaming obscenities off and on for 2 hours. There is definitely prostitution and people using and/or dealing drugs at this location as well as numerous homeless people in and around the property. We will never stay here again and if you want a pleasant and safe stay, do not stay here!"

"I truly would not recommend this hotel at all. I hate to have to write a poor review but it warrants it. The hotel is not well maintained, the room had a musty smell, the property itself was a mess. There were people just hanging out and around the property and it just didn’t feel safe and secure."

"Erin and Josh do a wonderful job and put a lot of love into their inn between the service, food, decor, cleanliness and personalization of their guest stay! Such a good find"

"Lovely place, sadly we only booked one night and arrived after dark , so didn't really have chance to use all the amenities, kayak's etc . The cabin we stayed in was lovely , and great communication from the staff ( Deb ) and recommendations for coffee & breakfast the following morning . Would stay again if in the area ."

"Stayed for one night on the way back from a wedding to visit some old haunts and the Inn did not disappoint. Lovely room, gorgeous house, great breakfast. Will definitely come back when we’re in town."

"Exceeded our expectations. Our room was facing the Marina and the sound. It was bright and so welcoming and comfortable. The staff was gracious and helpful. A delicious breakfast was included as well as wine and cheese in the afternoon. We took advantage of the complimentary pontoon ride down the Niantic river which was wonderful. The location was great for wandering to Mystic and even into Rhode Island which we did . We would like to return some day!"
