"Dirty room and poor daily housekeeping. Thermostat had to be reset twice a day by having the staff visit the room. Dirty bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t edible. Pool wasn’t remotely appealing. Would not recommend."

"It’s located in the middle of nowhere next to a bunch of hospitals. If you book through a 3rd party, the hotel charges you $10 a day for parking. It was 90 degrees outside and felt like 75 degrees in the hotel, and 80 with humidity in the hallway. Refrigerator didn’t work, all our food spoiled, the charging station near the bed didn’t fully function, can’t stream on TV without fire stick, did not use the pool or the fitness center so can’t comment on that. A/C worked like a shaker 1980s machine....

Def should not be dealing with the public as she obviously does not want to be there.
