"Pros: The staff were very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The property was very clean, and location was centrally located and close to many things.
Cons: NOT free parking. You can park on the street for free if you find a spot, or you can pay $25/night for valet at the hotel. Falsely advertised, my in opinion. We had to switch rooms because the AC started emitting a urine smell once we turned it on and left the room to get food. But, they were very accommodating and switched us right...

"I arrived at the 3pm scheduled check-in time where I was initially told that my room would be ready in another 15 minutes, which ended up turning into a 45 minute wait. I was eventually given the key to my room, only to discover that it had not been cleaned. There was still trash on the floor, a dirty comb in the bathroom, and the sheets had been pulled off the bed.
This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poor management and a lack of proper housekeeping. The hotel was not...

"There's no free breakfast included in the stay, which was totally incredulous! Considering the nightly room rates, at minimum some sort of continental breakfast items should have free to guests. Instead, you're forced to order from the on-site restaurant at outrageously overpriced amounts!"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was well appointed for the price, and clean, and the bed was comfortable.
A personal pet peeve: like 99% of hotels, the in room coffee service provided half the amount of sugar a normal person needs. Please, hotel people: give us eight or ten sugar packets. Even if someone were to steal them, how much can they possibly cost?
The real problem with the room was the noise. Not the hotel’s fault, and to be fair, the desk guy did first put me in a...
