"I understand this is a budget hotel, and I wasn’t expecting luxury. However, there’s a big difference between being inexpensive and being dirty. The room was not just outdated—it was unclean. The sheets had stains and hair on them, which is completely unacceptable regardless of the price. Cleanliness should be the minimum standard for any hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"Great hotel to stay at close to the Syracuse International Airport. The breakfast is nothing great but the shuttle service to the airport is very good. Shuttle service runs every half hour. We stayed at this location on the night of our arrival and on the night before our departure. It is only a 10-minute shuttle ride from the airport."
