Kort vei til gamlebyen, og nabolaget rundt var veldig hyggelig med dagligvarebutikker, kafé, apotek, park osv. Vær obs på at kommunikasjon med utleiere kun fungerer over telefon. Fikk ikke svar på henvendelser over epost og chat/innsjekk skjema."

"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "The room itself was fine, and the building. However, I would not book this property on the Exp platform. This is because this platform does not seem to have proper communication with the property. Everything is supposed to be "virtual" check in etc but I realized the morning of my reservation that I had no info about how to get into the building. I was able to call a phone number and after a few tries got in. I would book this hotel again but direct with the hotel. The communication needs are...

"The reception staff was helpful and made efforts to arrange for early check-in. The apartment is nice and modern. It is well-equipped. The location is close to the main train station and close to tram stops. Perhaps the management can re-look at the opening/closing of the shower glass door. It opens outwards and pushes the bath mat away; thus shower waters dripping wet on the floor. Perhaps the property can look at fitting a heating track in the bathroom. Overall, it's a nice place."

"Area is safe and walkable to the old town. It has lots of dining options around, including cafes and convenience stores. The apartment is clean and well sized for big luggage. Washing machine, kettle, oven, coffee machine, towels, showering gels were provided. Apartment is easy to locate and instructions were clear."
