"This location was the highlight of my travels around Scotland and Ireland. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. The suite was absolutely stunning - high ceilings, large rooms, an incredibly well appointed kitchen area and a super comfortable bed. The location is great with easy access to the Botanic Gardens, Ulster Museum and some great restaurants. I used a two day "Hop On - Hop Off" bus pass to get to other locations quite easily, and the train/bus station was a short...

"We had an excellent two day stay at the Bedford which was very conveniently situated for all our activities. A very comfortable bedroom and spotless bathroom, very friendly helpful staff. We didn't have the breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel."

"It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized."

"Staff was very helpful in rescheduling our Black Taxi tour when our original driver failed to show. It was also nice having laundry available, although a wash load took 2 hrs and dryer 1 1/2 hrs (detergent pods are sold @ front desk for $2 per load). Check-in was all done @ a kiosk put staff able to assist. Would suggest more lighting in the bathroom and washcloths included w/ the face/bath towels."

"Same as other Maldron hotels in terms of comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast a little better than the one in Dublin, but not cooked particularly well. Staff nice. However, the problem with this hotel is that if on floor 2 (I can’t speak about any other floor) as soon as someone runs hot water it’s like a fog horn is going off, which is particularly annoying when it happens late into the night and early in the morning as it did on one of our nights. I complained (never done this before)...

"Overall, a really nice stay. The self check-in didn't have any problems for me and was super easy to manage. The room was spacious and clean - very cozy! I booked the room directly over the bar with the discounted rate, and with earplugs, it wasn't bad at all, even on the weekend. One thing to note (which is in the fine print, but I didn't realize at first) is that there is no lift here, so be prepared to move your luggage up and down the stairs."

"A great central location . Room was tidy and clean. Staff were helpful. Room was a bit noisy and could often hear people above but didn’t affect me but may affect others. No tea or coffee in room but coffee shop downstairs. It is not open 24 hours. Would absolutely stay here again for convenience and ease."
