We had to carry our suitcase to the top 2nd floor via stairs and no support was provided to provide accommodation in the building near to reception. "Not being able to stop out front to off load luggage was a little inconvenient but after looping sprints 4-5 times we finally found a spot open next door to stop. Room was lovely ! Beds/sheets were great, air conditioning actually worked, great view. Not sure if instant coffee is popular in Europe but our if our 16 hotels on this trip we prepared when there was proper coffee but that’s not a huge deal . Breakfast was great ! Lots offered . Staff was slow and it took forever to get coffees...
