"Serendipity house, lies about their amenities.  You cannot access the patio unless it’s breakfast for only 1.5 hours. There is NO lobby available for you to use. Additionally, there is NO RESTRUANT and NO BAR. They even listed it in the hotel room upon our stay, and neither were available, and the looks of it, they have not been available for quite a while. "Had a lovely stay here in a very comfortable house. Warm welcome from Johnny and his dad and asked if I wanted some fresh milk for tea once I was shown to my room…always a good sign! My room was beautifully furnished and clean and very bright, with a lovely spacious balcony overlooking the hills. Tasty breakfast and on the road. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."
