"Even though the hotel was undergoing some renovations, it had some issues. There were quite a few food crumbs around the frame of the bed. The toilet seat was broken, so had to be careful using it. There was different smell to the room, which took a little getting used to. Even though it's basically only a 3 story hotel, there is no elevator, so you're having to use stairs to move about the floors - only 1 set of stairs throughout entire hotel. Even though was a weekend, breakfast ended at 9am, so had to rush more than wanted in the morning. No hot breakfast or juices offered, just 2 cold cereals, bread for toast & yogurt."

"The entire property is super clean, which is my first concern when staying in a hotel! The front desk personnel were excellent each time I was there to check in, purchase something, or ask for more towels. Pool area was clean and large. The restaurant was wonderful, large portions and made to order. The beds were just ok, pillows were amazing. Parking was good, plenty of spots. Easy to get on the interstate. There’s a Casey’s and a Burger right by the hotel for any needs that you couldn’t get in the lobby. I didn’t like that you had to pay for coffee. It was $3 for a cup of plain coffee, which is usually free in most hotel lobbies. The walls were pretty thin and we could hear the neighbors shower start up and talking in the halls/other room. But those are very minor things. It was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel has a great history and is conveniently in the Omaha downtown district. Our stay was pleasant, but it seems to us the hotel has greater potential with more investment in the property. The fee for parking in the hotel parking lot was ~$30 / night and we found easy public parking on the street for $6 / day (9am - 9pm, no charge overnight or all day Sunday)."

"The pool is much smaller than pictures visualize. Staff was poliet. Our room was disgusting. Someone's sock was on the floor from previous visitors. Also alcohol bottle caps on the floor. Our phone wasn't even connected to the wall and there was no wires to plug it in. That is a security issue. Thankfully we had an attached room with family so we were able to use theres to call the front desk when someone decided to bang on our door at almost midnight. Definitely wouldn't book there again. The TV isn't connected to the same wifi so you can't cast movies off your peraonal devices."
