"Everything was great apart from breakfast. I’ve never seen a more badly run operation. Not sure if you were understaffed or if it was poor management Either way there were no clean tables and no mugs or glasses. The restaurant literally looked like a bomb site. Zero stars for that."

"Really nice clean modern hotel. We booked it as we were attending a show at the Symphony Hall and the hotel was ideal being just a 5 minute walk away.
