"Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3, this hotel offers seamless access without stepping out into the rain. One of its most commendable features is the efficiency of the check-in process; by utilising the KIOSK terminals, guests can bypass the lengthy queues typically found at reception. This level of convenience is arguably a significant advantage that many hotels in Europe have yet to match. Regarding the interior, the facilities are consistently pristine and provide a highly comfortable stay. Furthermore, the inclusion of a communal bath is an exceptional highlight. For a Japanese guest such as myself, having access to such a facility is truly the most gratifying aspect of the experience. However, there is one point that may cause slight inconvenience. For safety reasons, passengers with suitcases are restricted from using the escalators. Staff members are stationed at the entrance to direct—or rather, instruct—guests to use the lifts instead. The challenge is that there are only two lifts available; they operate quite slowly and often become congested, making entering and exiting the building time-consuming."

There were very few other cheap or good restaurants within an easy walk/ Aside from that the stay was good. even had room to open our luggage in our room and sprawl out on the writing desk--s rarity in Tokyo. "Breakfast was great, lots of options. Location is a about a 20min train to the bigger stations more central Tokyo, but the train station is directly across the street. Rooms were clean and a good size. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you are okay not being right in the main areas of Tokyo I'd regiment this hotel."

"Restaurant reserved for private groups which was very inconvenient. No concierge service. Room was old and had some sort of old, portable air purifier or A/C on the floor. Couldn’t tell what it was b/c it was in Japanese. The front desk people weren’t very helpful. Bellman and doorman were both very helpful. We got the club floor package which was worth it and very nice. "
