The location of the hotel is very good and convenient! Easy to go anywhere in Tokyo! The only thing that we didn't like was that there were only a few outlets in the room. Also we couldn't find a swtich for the living room light. In order to turn off the light, we had to take a keycard off which turned off all of the electricity in the room including an air-conditioner in hot summer days in Japan!

Location is superb, but we stayed on 12 th floor, hallway rugs is old and dirty looking plus smells cigarette everywhere, and l asked front desk for coffee, l was told we don’t include coffee? I was totally surprised by that. But before this, one week prior to this we stayed on 13 th floor it was very nice looking carpets throughout the floors and totally different hotel.

The location was excellent, connected by a short bridge to Osaki Station, downstairs there was a grocery store and Daiso which was very convenient. Room for 3 felt spacious for a Japanese hotel room. Had a mini fridge and closet. Looked behind bed-stand console for an outlet and it was filthy dusty, found a single outlet at foot of bed by window, fortunately I brought a power strip so I could plug in my CPAP and chargers. Counter under tv was also dusty. Besides that room appeared clean.

I always liked this hotel for the convenience and dining options. But this year, the price was almost double than a few years ago. It is a good hotel, but not for the price.

Comforters, comforters everywhere!
Very nice hotel, good location, good shopping access. Lately, all hotels seem to be using comforters for bedding as with this hotel. I find this to be too hot for my liking. A light blanket would be ideal.

It’s not new, only the front entrance and the restaurant were new. Wi-Fi didn’t really work, air inside was muggy, it had no desk to work from. Air filter had very old filter and had to ask for new one. It was excellent to catch the JR line.

The facility is not the newest, but the place is clean and staff service is good. Location also has lots of dining options and very close to subway. Overall a great location to stay.

The room was spacious and was close to stores like Daiso, Life, and Yoshinoya. Very good price to value ratio!
