"While we were only at the Art Deco Imperial one night before we flew home, it was a treat. Quick checkin, they arranged a taxi for our early flight the next morning and the bell hop offered to take the bags up to the room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful and despite being next to the elevator, was quiet. There was a bottle of wine ( I’m assuming from Expedia) but as we don’t drink alcohol we left it. "Great hotel. Very clean, very comfortable. Air con and normal room amenities. Fridge needed attention (reported to reception when leaving) as wasn't that cold, and minibar items (unused) were not cheap. In-room coffee and tea items were replenished daily. Plenty of European plug points where needed in the room. A short walk from the tourist areas, but worth it for the quiet and the comfort. Superb restaurant next door with amazing food. "The room was clean and tidy. The beds were really comfy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the check in and out was incredibly easy! It was a good location next to a shopping centre with plenty of places to eat and a supermarket in there. Public transport was nearby making it easy to get around Prague. It was walkable too but took about 30 mins to walk to the touristy areas of Prague."

"The front desk staff was hit or miss - One staff member female was particularly 'ornery' She just could not be bothered. And in fact enve though rooms were ready - we arrived at 11 and check in was 3PM. Was going to have us wait...she 'reluctantly' agreed to do so.
