"I had never heard of this casino/hotel. I was blown away by the staff (everyone at the front desk were so helpful!!) the amenities (though I didn't use the casino), the cleanliness of my room, really everything! I was going to Beak & Skiffs venue for a concert. A little far away for that venue but some guests helped me with directions. I will definitely return!!"

"I booked a room that was supposed to have 2 Queen beds and a pull out couch but my room only had a king size bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was the most uncomfortable mattress and it still had the plastic on it was every time we moved it would make so much noise."

"Fire alarm went off at 4am and it was loud outside my bottom floor room off and on all night was near the ice machine to which was loud. Room was good be bed was comfy."

"We got to our room we pulled the sheets down. There was dirty sheets on the bed crumbs here stains. I went to the front desk and reported it to the staff. He said he’ll give me a new sheet. I told him I want a whole new bed set up he said well you’re gonna have to make the bed yourself. I did make the bed myself then there was face clothes behind the bed. The floor was dirty and slippery. It just wasn’t a good stay."

"I was very disappointed. They did not have all my towels at first but said the would send them. Never showed up. No hair dryer. Said they had one then didn’t. Saw bugs in the lobby. 3 buses of children showed up. VERY loud. Finally I checked out at 630 AM and got a call at 2 pm of why I didn’t check out yet. I actually turned my keys into a person and checked out at the desk!"
