"Right from the 3:00 pm check in point, the whole trip was a disaster. First no one is at the desk, you have to ring a bell and wait, then we were told our room wasn't ready, it would be another half hour, then there was no cart to bring our baggage in because there was only one and apparently someone had it in there room. When we got to our suite, the floors were dirty, the sofa bed had no mattress so was impossible to even sit on and when we started to pull it out, the dirt under the sofa had...

"Close to interstate- super friendly staff. Noisy hallways at 1 am, and parking lot is shared with other businesses which was a bit weird. Breakfast was solid. Overall, a good stay and good vibe."

"The room was great! We only stayed the night but it had everything you’d need for a longer stay. It was a one bedroom with stove, fridge, counter space, couch. The living area tv didn’t work but we weren’t staying long so it didn’t matter."

"Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. Free full breakfast and delicious hot coffee. My first time staying here but definitely won't be my last. I think this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the Syracuse area. "This place is a DUMP. The toilet seat is our room was a hazard. It was barely fastened to the toilet. The floor was so filthy that the soles of my feet became dirty with the grime of the floor. Stay clear of this place."

I talked with the front desk clerk and was informed that they were currently renovating, which is understandable. My room was clean. The staff was pleasant. I had a great experience overall."
