"The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point."

"The property is going thru an update process but it need more work, the ac didnt work and the bathroom tub needs attention, i had to pay the price before the city was fully booked but very expensive for what i paid"

"Pet friendly, but rooms were dirty, bathroom was dirty and still had hair from previous tenants, tub wouldn't drain, beds had stuff in them. We were here for a couple weeks so we bought a Swiffer and our own sheets. Housekeeping didn't come in once in the two weeks we were there, not to empty trash or refill toilet paper. We rented the room, and that's the max of what you got."

"The property clearly hasn’t been updated since 1970. They’re in the middle of a renovation so everything is ripped apart and there’s no mention of that anywhere on their site. I couldn’t even sleep because I was so nervous about sleeping in my room. I watched TV all night and then I left. "

"Unhygienic, uncleaned carpets, poorly cleaned rooms, dirty mattress, carpets missing in some walkway, weed smell as you enter the lobby, etc. Will never stay here again."

"Very disappointed with this hotel stay. For $325 per night the room was extremely dirty — there were stains on surfaces, dust everywhere, and even a dirty rag left by the door when we arrived. The TV also wasn’t working. I called the front desk and was told someone would come fix it, but no one ever showed up. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were unacceptable. I would not stay here again."
