"I liked the location. I hated the shower which was a trickle of water, the noise from the air conditioning which kept us up at night and the smell of a neighboring room cooking some terrible smelling food. It stunk to high heaven. Gross. We were also charged for our ESA pet initially but was removed upon check out due to my complaint."

"The place is under construction, you had to drive around through a rear construction zone to get in there. There was no room service. I shouldn’t have paid full price for that hotel stay
I have nothing but good to say about the staff. This has nothing to do with the people that work there. It’s all about ownership management charging me full price for a less than full product. I literally should get a refund of at least 50%."
