"We didn’t have our room cleaned the entire time we were there. It would have been nice to have it at least once or twice. Otherwise breakfast was good, location was great, staff was friendly and helpful. "

"When i booked information was not provided you must pay 15.00 to park overnight and i have a handicap placard. They said that doesnt matter. Asked the day of check in if i can do late check out nexy day. Was told to ask morning of. When i asked morning of was told should of asked during check in. Needed bedding for sofa bed, was given a very thin iychy wool blanket. My son was itching all night. Asked if i can pay cash for the parking was told no. In no rush to stay here again. Only goid...

"The room was modern and clean. We needed an accessible room, and the layout and adaptations were well thought out and really made the space usable and nice for my friend in his wheelchair.

"Best Western hotels usually have good breakfasts, but breakfast at this SureStay by Best Western was pretty awful. The hotel's location was in a quiet area of high-rise office buildings near the airport, with no nearby restaurants or shopping. My room was clean and comfortable, and staff members wiere helpful and friendly. I probably would not stay there again."

"Big place that seemed empty almost. Room was big and mostly clean. Did find a hair on one of the towels and the water from the sink was cloudy. Hot water also took a really long time to heat up, almost didn’t think it was working. Nothing special, it did its job for a fair price. Bed was comfortable! I would stay there again if I needed a place for one night on a budget."
