"The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The older hotel had been updated and looks nice. The complimentary shuttle to opryland resort, mall, and venue is an added value though with a car you can drive to the resort or mall and park with the venue extremely close by the mall. I did feel it was overpriced but seems to be competitive with the area."

"Nice hotel rooms. Pretty clean and the rooms are pretty spacious. The only thing I didn’t like is that I had to call the hotel twice for someone to come to the front desk to check in.
