"The room was clean and had no smell but they took money from us without notice. A few days after our stay we had an extra charge from the hotel with no explanation or warning. When we called and asked what it was, we were told we stole the room charging port. We explained that we did not take it and its possible our baby misplaced it in the room and asked them to double check. The receptionist continued to accuse it and made no effort to help. There was no effort made to double check the room or...

"Bad Cleaning "

"Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Very nice and helpful staff. Front desk assistant manager was very helpful. Would like to suggest a grab bar for getting in and out of the shower in rooms with only a shower as I had."
