We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

"the room was clean. The bathroom was clean and seemed renewed. The Y.V was old but worked good enough. WiFi was spotty at best. There was remodeling and construction going on in the facility. I was on the 3rd floor and i heard a lot of loud pounding noises at night i believed construction during the night. I left every morning, i assume construction was going on during the day as well. The morning breakfast was very good there was a nice variety to choose from. The staff was helpful and...

"The beds were very comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was more than we had expexted. Way more than just cereal and pastries. The biscuits and gravy and warm cinnamon rolls were delicious. They did have construction but it didn't impact our stay at all."

"Breakfast was a joke oatmeal. Crackers and some kind of protein bar. Not a horrible place to stay just no breakfast. "

"The AC worked well, but noisy, and the TV was decent. A large room for the money, but the shower was gross, and the kitchen had roaches. The most disturbing part was their key card system. It required a new card with each entry because the door itself seemed to damage the strip. A two day stay went through six cards."
