"We did not get fresh towels until we asked for them. And trash was not picked up - guessing no daily housekeeping available. Coffee in room was not good! "

"I chose a 3 due to my stay! And with that let me just say the hotel itself is great… the rooms are great. The beds are comfortable. The property it good and well kept… my biggest issue with my stay was being woke up by the people who were staying in the next conjoining room, with loud music playing at 130 in the morning, these people were a complete nightmare… Calls were made to the front desk and security was sent up to tell them to turn the music off. Well with that being said they did not...

"Pool initially wasn't available due to maintenance but we were given additional swim time later that evening to make up for this. room was clean. breakfast was good. staff was EXCELLENT-in particular the lady in afternoon/night shift she was personable and a joy to deal with."

I was told the pending charge would go away but it posted to my account while my receipt from the hotel reflects the fact that I prepaid through Expedia. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel to discuss the issue and refund the charge."
