"This stay was miserable. It was never disclosed that this property did not have proper working AC for the unit. The thermostat didn’t work at all and they had 1 portable AC unit in the living room area that was not strong enough to cover the whole unit so only the living room got somewhat cool. The temperature in the unit never dropped below 82 degrees the entire time of our stay. I had to go out and spend an additional $60 to have fans in the bedroom just to make it manageable. Not to mention...

Publix is also walking distance from this property as well. This place had every modern convenience you could want with absolutely beautiful finishes and furnishings throughout. We would definitely book this place again! "

"Stay was great, comfortable and felt safe. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. adequate parking, close to everything from restaurants, entertainment, shopping and Universal parks. Elevator was very slow while the 2nd was out of order. Didn't have time to visit the pool although it looked amazing from our balcony. "
