"This stay was miserable. It was never disclosed that this property did not have proper working AC for the unit. The thermostat didn’t work at all and they had 1 portable AC unit in the living room area that was not strong enough to cover the whole unit so only the living room got somewhat cool. The temperature in the unit never dropped below 82 degrees the entire time of our stay. I had to go out and spend an additional $60 to have fans in the bedroom just to make it manageable. Not to mention...

"It was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Convenient to the parks we visited. And thank you for the Oreo cookies, my favorite!"

"I had to change rooms because the room I was given at first the AC was not working. I mentioned the AC not working because how fast they took care of the issue. Once I was moved I loved staying there. It was quiet and relaxing. I would stay there again."

"My family and I enjoyed our time here at this property. We stayed here for our trip to Disney World. The location is excellent with close driving proximity to Disney. Publix is also walking distance from this property as well. This place had every modern convenience you could want with absolutely beautiful finishes and furnishings throughout. "Stay was great, comfortable and felt safe. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. adequate parking, close to everything from restaurants, entertainment, shopping and Universal parks. Elevator was very slow while the 2nd was out of order. Didn't have time to visit the pool although it looked amazing from our balcony. "

"My kids loved all the play areas and seemed like no matter where you stayed on property you had some pool or play ground easily accessible. Only note I would say is the pitrate ship could use a little refresh but my kids did love that area.Staff was friendly and helpful every where we went. Rooms were comfy and roomy. We will definitely be back. "
