"The hotel was being renovated and we stayed in the 6th floor and the room was recently renovated. The room we had was great, we loved how modern, clean and comfortable the room was. Definitely recommend staying there. And walking distance the The Pointe center with lots of things to do and eat"

"This property is great for families that want to stay together, especially when they have to be at the convention center daily! We make use of all of the kitchen amenities and this trip we ran into the recreation staff who helped us throw an impromptu baby shower. They were amazing!"

"Breakfast - After day 2, you realise the selection doesn’t differ and you’re left eating from a limited range of foods. The breakfast area is like a morgue, soulless. We ultimately gave up and went to the local Denny’s instead. The room - Bring plenty of socks. The floor maybe hoovered (when housekeeping attends every other day) but is it clean? Nope. The floor doesn’t see a mop. So whether you’re bare foot or wearing socks, they both go black very quickly. The other major flaw with the room...

"Kitchen was equipped with stove, refrigerator, & microwave, but no oven. The bed was very comfortable. Very disappointed that for a two bedroom suite, that there was no balcony or outdoor area. Also disappointed that there were no vent fans in the bathrooms. Snacks were VERY expensive. Be sure to stop at Walmart first. "

"Absolute Gem of a Hotel. I'm so glad I was able to give this experience to my wife and two kids. We had gotten a hotel room with a normal view but at the counter the receptionist upgraded us to a room with a spectacular view of the Epic Universe Park; this made all the difference to us. We were able to appreciate the park views in the morning as we woke up and in the evening when the light show turned on. The lobby restaurant is 5 stars all the way. "The good: The location was incredibly convenient for the convention center. We were able to walk the mile to get there each day. The hotel was off the main street so it was quiet. The staff was incredibly cheerful and helpful. The not so good: I prepaid for breakfast and I wish I hadn’t. The food was meh. The second and third days I had to request that the items I ordered came with everything described on the menu because the first day they left items out. It didn’t feel worth it to pay $50...
