Views are wonderful, beach is very nice and not crowded, bartender Connor was excellent and food truck was delicious!! We fell in love with the cats around our cabin. All in all, this place will always be our place to stay!! "

"Our stay was amazing! We only stayed 2 nights, because our original hotel couldn’t extend our stay, but we’re happy we got this place! We got greeted before we entered the door and got our luggage carried when we arrived and when we left. The guy was super chill, and they even have a cute bracelet making station with charms inside their snack station. The balcony was very pretty and it was a quiet stay! Highly recommend!"

"I can’t wait to see the hotel finished and restored. We have been coming there for over 20 yrs. My ex-husband is from St.Croix, we know how beautiful the property use to be. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We love the beach. "

"Rooms need a deep clean to get rid of all the sand from previous guests. Wasn’t a very welcoming or friendly hotel. The very nicest people who work there are the guards at the gate. So nice. Everyone else, didn’t really care. Based on others’ reviews we skipped the pool and restaurants. The beach was pretty but that’s all the resort has going for it. "

"I’ve traveled to various European destinations in Mexico and South America, but I’ve never encountered a five-star hotel with such a poorly maintained system. The patio was littered with discarded boards, and the shower leaked. The housekeeping left dirty towels in the rooms, and there were even dead roaches on the floor. My children had bites on their arms and legs when they woke up in the morning, which I suspect were bed bugs. I called the hotel and notified the front desk as soon as I left the resort to prevent future guests from being exposed to the same problem. Unfortunately, the management never returned my call. To make matters worse, several female staff members in the restaurant and bar by the beach were extremely rude. Clearly not worth the money spent."

"First time at this property and loved it! Two pools, beautiful beach, excellent restaurant, bar. All workers are super friendly. Lounge chair covers & beach towels supplied.This is a laid back resort. Simple " island" breakfast provided. Snorkel gear, kayaks, cooler, ice provided. Frederiksted is easy walk. Rent a car to check out the rest of the island"

"Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait quite awhile. There were never cookies in the lounge; always an empty try. Ran out of in room coffee packets and hotel said they didn’t have anymore. They brought blankets and sheets to the sofa bed upon request but only one pillow. Rooms were ok but just need a deep clean to get all the sand out of them. Hotel rooms inside ok, but outside needs updates with rotting wood. Stag just weren’t friendly. The young guy in the evening was nice but the others didn’t really care and I felt I was a bother when I walked into reception. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurants Due to the bad reviews and ridiculously priced breakfast. The restaurants along Cane Bay are good though. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. "
