"The staff was genuinely friendly. The folks in the breakfast area were especially so! The coffee may have been the best in a hotel we have ever had. The breakfast was hot and was replenished quickly. The rooms were very clean, quiet and we felt quite safe. We were able to walk to most places. We would certainly stay here on our next visit."

"Rudest front desk person Maria so well rehearsed on explains the extra cost only visible after she pulls of 3 screens. Check in took over an hour. The rooms pictured were either aI or from another property. More false info. To pass to the 2nd bed you need to be a very small person and drop your head to not hit the tv. No dresser,the bathroom had mounds of mold . Dirt on the walls in the room also. Rude maria at check in was doing nothing and just making me wait for fun. Until I showed her proof of a medical situation and need to get a room, it then took a second to getting a key. The only plus was the very nice man at luggage hold, always smiling, seemed to always be there. Stay far away from this property unacceptable in every way… lies at every turn"

"The hotel is good. We had an issue with the door to our balcony that was never properly resolved, making the room noisy at night. Like most hotels, there is a sign about towels and what to do if you don't need them renewed. (Save the environment, etc.) No matter what we did, the towels were changed every day - just unnecessary."
