loved the fact that they offer rental vehicles onsite. there is like a $500 deposit and 50.00 for room. but it def beats uber or bus for the convenience. we are like 15-20 min from eagle beach, palm beach is like 5 min or so further, its actually the same coastline, different sections. there is jetskiing avail at eagle beach beach chairs for 10.00 ea, a bar/restaurant o. the beach, we were also close to the waterpark, but into the mountainside in the desert, and our atv vehicle meeting spot was also closeby. no bathtub in the room, but the shower was awesome! nice views from the patio. full fridge, gas stove, microwave, couch, basic cable, two a/c's with remote, pool in the courtyard...should be on the side for privacy, but oh well. covered gazebo for nightime eating/drinking n socializing. and gas grill onsite. hotel shuttle avail! there is a supermarket within walkin distance because the hotel is in the neighborhood Tanki Leendert, numerical address...121-k. type in tanki leendert 121-k. i used waze and got around fine.
