"First at all the room reserved was not granted at all, so I paid for a king room with my wife, and I ended on a double queen, they did not make the minimal effort to solve the issue. To complete the issue the room given to us was really dirty, so the room cleaned condition was really bad."

The staff were very helpful, shout-out Peter, Suntos & Juneku, as well as the rest of the staff, all very friendly. The rooftop pool & bar was a great combo after a long beach day. ..."
