"Not enough hot water unclean room sheets seemed unwashed "

"The bed was not supportive. I slept on the couch the first night. The second night I decided to try across the foot of the bed. That worked for the night. The shower liner had mold from where it folded together and hasn't dried out. There's a water spot on the ceiling, which means there's a leak, or an old leak was not repaired properly. There is moisture, possibly mold, growing there. I have not had this experience the previous 2 years I've stayed here for the event I was attending. But my stay this time was not what it should have been for the price that was paid for the room."

"Room was extremely dirty. Had fast food from previous guests still in the trash that smelled horrible. Staff was rude when I called the front desk to ask for a new room. "

"The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful, the room however had crumbs on the table when we got there and the floors looked like they weren’t vacuumed, there were crumbs too and trash in between the couch. Didn’t like that there was no room service."

"Staff were not friendly and did not provide any information needed at check in. Breakfast was inedible. Room needed repairs. Paint peeling, shower head falling out of wall. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Will not stay there again. "
