"Very nice place to stay"

"We stayed from 13th to 20th August. I just want to say it was an absolute pleasure. When checking in the service at reception was exceptional. I had originally booked a double room and then was offered a room with 2 beds as I was travelling with my child. So much appreciated to have separate beds. The room was fantastic and really modern. We used the pool everyday and also cannot fault breakfast. Fantastic choice to start the day. We were out exploring everyday around 8am and the location...

"Prachtige lokatie, mooie kamers met hoog plafond, lichte badkamer, op een uitzondering na zeer vriendelijk personeel. Grote gym. Padel courts. Fijn zwembad, niet diep maar goed om baantjes te zwemmen en een apart zwembad voor kinderen. Allemaal prima. Maar.. we boekten dit hotel omdat we een hotel met een spa zochten. De spa moet nog gebouwd worden terwijl Expedia dit wel vermeld. Dit had veel invloed op onze reis: we reisden namelijk met iemand op leeftijd die in het hotel naar de spa zou gaan...

"Very rude staff. We arrived late in the evening after flying in from Australia and had an error in our booking. The staff and the manager were unfriendly and totally inflexible and unwilling to help. I had waited two hours after after long day of travel for the staff to contact management butt they still couldn’t help clear up the problem.
