"The description said "private balcony" there was no private balcony in the room. There were also tiny tiny bugs in the sink. We asked for an extra hour after checkout, the lady seemed so annoyed and responded with "I can do an extra 30 minutes". Our biggest problem was the no balcony."

"Do not stay here! If you stay more than one night- the room keys only work for 24 hours at a time, so you will have to go to the desk and ask for your key to work again after 24 hours. They don’t tell you this, you figure out after getting to your room late at night on the 2nd night. The business center is just a computer with internet, no printer (I really needed to print something for my trip). The breakfast is just a waffle maker, toaster with bread, cereal, milk, butter, and that’s it. You...
