"The room had only sheers covering the window. No privacy at night. There was also a bright light shining up to show the building that made it impossible to have a dark room (even with a blanket drapes across it!). The walls are thin (I could hear the room next door snoring). The internet connection is open (no security) and poor. It worked for only a few hours of the afternoon of the whole me stay (no bad weather to blame it on, beautiful day). The TV remote wouldn't turn on the TV. The hot tub keys were weak and not very many of them.
The staff was great!"
"Horrible customer service. Housekeeping low rate for an expensive property. Engineering left a mess in our room and left the door unlocked. And with all this overplay from the General Manager and no phone call from the 2nd in command. This hotel has no appreciation or connection to pleasing guests. "
"I did not use the gym nor laundry service. Wash cloths and towels were full and dingy looking. Sheets had dingy spots and in some areas the sheets were just worn out. I requested more sheets and changed my first night. I had to request a complete thorough cleaning for that room. Receptionist and manager were very nice. They understood my complaints and made sure my issues were completed in a timely manner. "
"Rooms were nice, but you could tell it was an older building compared to other motels in the area. No breakfast provided. Staff was nice. Bathroom was small. Lots of places to eat in area. Just a short drive to Hard Rock Casino. "
