"This was a great, short, late night stop for an early morning visit to Crater Lake. We needed a place to rest our heads and appreciated the helpful staff and that breakfast started early in the morning so we could be on our way."

"Old hotel. The room’s controls for ac didn’t work. There is a large room ac connected to outside via the only Opening window in the bedroom. OMG, was it loud!!! Cycling on and off all night. We even had the balcony window open and it was still difficult for the unit to keep up. The weather was Fairly mild for end of June. Don’t appreciate having to use that loud beast, rather than a quieter full room unit. Don’t recommend. Did not sleep."

"A nice, comfortable place to stay in Bend. The room showed a lot of care and attractive personal touches in the decor and on my 8-day road trip this was the only motel with a mini-fridge that had a separate freezer - very useful! I messed up my booking by a month (oops) and the owners very graciously charged me for just one stay. Great motel and management, would definitely stay here again."

Ev charger was really slow and confusing to use and there were non EV’s parked in the spots, including work trucks that blocked access some of the time. The room itself was very cramped. With such a small room there should be a fan in the bathroom at least. Everyone in the room can hear everything in the bathroom which is awkward and just gross. Also the “bed stand” is far to small for two beds to share, especially without drawers. We had to put...

"I was very disappointed with my stay. As soon as I am at the room, there was a strong odor that smelled like urine, which appeared to be covered up with air freshener. The smell was unpleasant and made the room feel unclean. The carpet was also visibly dirty, adding to the overall impression that the room adopt been properly maintained. When I reported these concerns to the front desk, the staffs response was disappointing rather than addressing the issue, or offering a solution. They became...
