"Family-owned. I believe they live on-site. Excellent customer service. Food is great. It is somewhat isolated, so this is the spot if you want to go somewhere without too many people. 20-30 minutes away from Rome, so the commute isn't bad. The bed and pillows are memory foam and very comfortable. The room was also huge and spacious, as was the bathroom. The infinity pool is small, but you'll likely have it to yourself, so it doesn't matter. This is the ideal place to host a destination wedding or sweet 16. Would recommend and would stay again"
"We really enjoyed our stay in the historic center of Tivoli with Regina B&B. Filipo was a great host and took good care of us. The accommodations are rustic but updated nicely. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop overlooking the square. It's nicely decorated and has a nice sun shield to mitigate the bright sun and offer shade. We enjoyed our morning tea and early evening wine up there listening to the sounds in the square below.
The breakfasts were very tasty and served with cheer. There are only 3 rooms so it was nice to meet the other guests and enjoy the homey feel of the place.
You should know that there is no nearby parking. You can pull up and drop off your bags, but you have to be rung into the main hall by Filipo (so coordinate by WhatsApp with him a specific time to arrive to be sure he can meet you). The rooms are 2 stories up by fairly narrow stairs.
There are plenty of restaurants all over Tivoli, and the street right in front of the B&B leads down to several different price ranges. Our favorite was Sebilla. You need to make reservations in advance, but well worth the view and the very reasonable price for the views and quality food."
