"The facility would get 5 star for location, cleanliness and staff. The only reason I gave it a 4 overall was because of facility condition (internet went out, and doors were locked at 7 am and I had to find a way out of 3rd floor to exit building) and breakfast (the quality wasn’t that great, with coffee being particularly horrific). I have to particularly commend the staff. They were consistently helpful. "

Even by the high Albanian standards, the owners and staff of this hotel are incredibly hospitable. The hotel is owned and operated by a family. They truly care about your stay with them being exceptional. Not a large corporation or "hotel chain." The decor is modern, elegant and comfortable. The construction (walls, doors, etc.) is solid and soundproof. The view of the Vlora bay from the roof terrace is incredible. The free breakfast is prepared daily with fresh, local ingredients including traditional albanian cakes and pastries. We booked a week then extended our stay another week. We were very pleased we chose this hotel for our stay in Vlora. "
