"The property is beautiful, the service was great. The room was very nice ans spacious. My only complaint is that the restaurants are very overpriced considering the price you pay for the rooms per night, and the price for parking is ridiculous 30 per night, per vehicle is more then i pay at the cruise ports when I take a cruise. They need to fix that. The shuttle service around the resort was awesome though."

"Nothing like the photos, the water park was very small with some water slides not functioning, the water was cloudy looking, rooms were not very nice, towels had other peoples hair in them. The whole building doesn’t look like it’s been updated since the 1970s. They have a crappy sign out front with a Ramada tarp hanging off halfway. The room we had didn’t have roaches or other bugs but it was filled with mildew in the bathroom and sink area. The complimentary breakfast was awful and consisted...

"The staff was pushy to get people to sign up to timeshare stuff. Our room was very subpar and small. The ac wouldn’t go past 72 f and our sofa bed was broken. We also had a pack and play that was broken "
