Staff was super nice, the room was great. We evacuated due to hurricane and it was nice to have a place that felt more like a home. It was clean, provided everything we needed, beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again, hopefully for vacation and not an evacuation again!

Condo is spacious, beds aren’t comfortable but for the price it’s understandable. If they could change the mattress would be amazing! Pool area is really nice.

The salt water pool is heated. The mattresses were lumpy, shower in master bath wasn't useable, carpet is worn, ice dispenser stuck. In need of some updating but overall was a good value. Front desk people were great and super helpful.

We rented through Vacasa and the keyless entry was ten digits. It took an hour to get in when we first arrived. It was a rarity when it worked the first time. The people above us were loud all the time but especially at night after quiet hour. Vacasa did not address this concern at all. The property itself is very nice. The rooms were clean. Queen mattress needs replacing. Springs are broken, they gave us an egg crate to put on top which did help. Pool area is great. Sadly, there is no onsite management. We have stayed here many times but doubtful we'll be back after this last stay.

I enjoyed the location and the overall property wasn’t bad. Nice quiet family oriented neighborhood for the most part. I’d stay again but not the same condo. The condo I stayed in was very dated and on the arrival night when it was time for bed, I noticed one of the pillows on the bed had a big soiled mark. The sheets had soiled mark on them too. We had to remove the sheets, wash and dry them so we could sleep. The mattress made so much noise and was extremely uncomfortable!!!!! Sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable. Had an issue with the shower and had to have the front desk send someone to look at it because the temperature of the water coming out the shower wasn’t right according to where the handle was placed. So to get lukewarm water you had to place the handle on the red and hot was green. There was a nice patio but didn’t get to use it much due to the neighbor’s excessive weed smoking which came upstairs. On the last night, someone seemed to be having a party into the wee hours of the morning, 2am to be exact. Another neighbor said something I’m guessing because the noise stopped for about 30 minutes then got loud again until about 3:30 everything went quiet. I will submit pictures later

This property was by far the worse place I have ever stayed mattress all stained up pots broken no help within the front desk mildew in the bathrooms the list goes on and on my lights where out wasn't I'm a single mom who works hard to take my kids on vacation and this was just a waste of money I spent 3 long weeks there with no help

The Unit was VERY OUTDATED/OLD I’ve stayed here before like about 10 years ago and absolutely nothing was changed. The outside of the building needs a good pressure washing the furniture needed to be dusted. The bathroom vanity/shower desperately needs to be replaced

Was not happy with maintenance. The telephone did not work. The closet doors were off track, One even fell completely off track. The stove did not work properly. The oven light did not work. The unit slept six, but we only got two laundry detergent pods. Had to keep asking for more. Only had enough dishwasher detergent for one load. Housekeeping brought my towels upon request, but maintenance never came in the end. Other than that was OK.
