"Clean room everything and everyone"

"I have stayed at the property before so I knew what to more or less expect. It was well kept it was clean. It was very secure this time I stayed at the back of the building on the fifth floor. The last time I was at the front so I was overlooking Orlando eye, but I have nothing negative to say about the property. It was well kept and very quiet."

"We started checking washer & dryer availability at 330pm. We typically never have a problem with the laundry room when traveling but not at this hotel. We stayed in Columbus earlier this year and didnt have a problem. Orlando being a huge hub for international tourists, the hotel needs a laundry room on each floor. With so many international travelers, who don't bring a ton of luggage or 2 weeks of clothing like we do ,we realized we had to strategically plan just to wash our clothes. With only...

En cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel, ya requieren unos pequeños retoques (para una persona observadora) en ciertas áreas, pero en términos generales las instalaciones se encuentran en buen estado. "The hotel definitely did not look as modern as the pictures make it seem. It was a bit outdated and was able to see the humidity damage in the room. Towels and sheets did have stains as well, even the clean ones when requested more."

"Our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing due to several property issues. Of the three elevators, one was out of order for our entire stay, and the middle elevator was frequently turned off on an unpredictable schedule. This left only one operational elevator, which was located far from our room. "The pool is great for little a big kids a the rooms are clean a cold but I do have to say they could remodel the bathrooms. The bathroom didn’t even have a toilet paper holder."
