"I have stayed at the property before so I knew what to more or less expect. It was well kept it was clean. It was very secure this time I stayed at the back of the building on the fifth floor. The last time I was at the front so I was overlooking Orlando eye, but I have nothing negative to say about the property. It was well kept and very quiet."

Of the three elevators, one was out of order for our entire stay, and the middle elevator was frequently turned off on an unpredictable schedule. This left only one operational elevator, which was located far from our room. "We started checking washer & dryer availability at 330pm. We typically never have a problem with the laundry room when traveling but not at this hotel. We stayed in Columbus earlier this year and didnt have a problem. Orlando being a huge hub for international tourists, the hotel needs a laundry room on each floor. With so many international travelers, who don't bring a ton of luggage or 2 weeks of clothing like we do ,we realized we had to strategically plan just to wash our clothes. With only...
